Ben had been working since he was eighteen years old with his first job being a server at a chain restaurant. While in college, he realized he was really interested in marketing after being accepted into a marketing internship at a local marketing firm. Ever since the internship, Ben had his sights set on becoming a marketing director just like his boss at the firm. After working at the marketing firm for ten years, his boss eventually quit his job and chose Ben to take his place. Although Ben was sad to lose his mentor to retirement, he was so happy to finally achieve his goal of becoming a director at his firm. The marketing industry was fast-paced and constantly changing, which were qualities that made Ben super interested in it even after working in it for ten years. Ben was certain that he would continue to work at the same marketing firm until retirement as well, just like his mentor.
