I am pretty sure my team will not have finished the report on the annual sales by the end of this month. So, I said to my boss, “Tom, I think we won’t have met the deadline by the end of December. Can we extend the deadline?”. As usual, he didn’t listen to me. He only said, “You better work very hard to meet the deadline or I won’t have paid your Christmas bonus by then either”. He is always so rude. We have been working day and night to avoid any delay but he doesn’t seem to notice it. I am so tired of this job. The only thing that keeps me going is that I know that by the end of December we will have received that nice bonus and some vacation days. I just hope I won’t have lost my mind by then.
