RACHEL: Hey! I need to get a prescription filled.

PHARMACIST: Sure, do you have the prescription with you?

RACHEL: Yes, here you go. My doctor just called it in this morning, but she also gave me a paper copy.

PHARMACIST: Perfect, thank you. Let me look this up in our system… okay, I see it here. It looks like this is for amoxicillin?

RACHEL: Yeah, that’s right.

PHARMACIST: Great. This should be ready in about 20 to 30 minutes. Is that okay?

RACHEL: That’s fine. I can wait. How much will it be?

PHARMACIST: Let me check your insurance real quick. Do you have your insurance card with you?

RACHEL: Oh yeah, here it is.

PHARMACIST: Thanks! Just give me one second to process this…

PHARMACIST: Okay, with your insurance, your copay will be $10.

RACHEL: Oh, that’s not bad!

PHARMACIST: Yeah, you’re all set. We’ll text you when it’s ready, or you can just come back in about half an hour.

RACHEL: Perfect! I’ll just browse around and come back.

PHARMACIST: Sounds good! Is there anything else I can help you with today?

RACHEL: No, that’s it. Thanks so much!PHARMACIST: You’re welcome! See you in a bit!
