Mrs. Johnson: Excuse me, could you help me, please?

Emily (Shop Assistant): Of course! What seems to be the problem?

Mrs. Johnson: I bought this shirt for my son this afternoon, but it doesn’t fit him — it’s too small.

Emily: Oh, I see. Would you like to exchange it or get a refund?

Mrs. Johnson: I’d like to exchange it for a larger size, please. Do you have this one in large?

Emily: Let me check for you. Hmm… yes, we have it in large and extra-large. Which one would you prefer?

Mrs. Johnson: I think large will be perfect, thank you.

Emily: Alright! If it still doesn’t fit, feel free to bring it back again. Just take it over to the cashier, and they’ll handle the exchange for you.

Mrs. Johnson: Thank you very much.Emily: You’re very welcome! Have a lovely day.

12. Returning a Shirt to the Store 12. Devolvendo uma Camisa à Loja

Scene: Inside a clothing store in Manchester. Mrs. Johnson walks up to the counter holding a shirt. Cena: Dentro de uma loja de roupas em Manchester. Sra. Johnson se aproxima do balcão segurando uma camisa.

Mrs. Johnson: Excuse me, could you help me, please? Sra. Johnson: Com licença, você poderia me ajudar, por favor?

Emily (Shop Assistant): Of course! What seems to be the problem? Emily (Assistente de Loja): Claro! Qual parece ser o problema?

Mrs. Johnson: I bought this shirt for my son this afternoon, but it doesn’t fit him — it’s too small. Sra. Johnson: Comprei esta camisa para meu filho esta tarde, mas não serve nele — é muito pequena.

Emily: Oh, I see. Would you like to exchange it or get a refund? Emily: Ah, entendo. Você gostaria de trocá-la ou obter reembolso?

Mrs. Johnson: I’d like to exchange it for a larger size, please. Do you have this one in large? Sra. Johnson: Gostaria de trocá-la por um tamanho maior, por favor. Vocês têm esta em grande?
