Don’t take it too seriously because it won’t work that way.
Learning English shouldn’t be treated as a boring job that you feel obligated to do.
If you’re not developing your English as fast as you’d like or not seeing results, please don’t start judging yourself for not being smart enough or for not doing enough.
Just keep studying and keep having fun.
Otherwise, as I mentioned in another post, you can get burnout and start to hate learning the language.
So it’s better to prevent it than to try to cure it.
Hear me out on this, because it’s true—if you get burnout, it might permanently impact your ability to learn English.
Just keep doing whatever you’re trying to learn. It could be an English course, which is easier than studying by yourself, since you have a program to follow and don’t have to guess what to do every time you start studying the language.
In summary, don’t be so hard on yourself, because life doesn’t work that way.
Try to have fun while learning English and don’t stress over the results.
Just keep studying because, after the plateau, you’ll notice the difference as the months pass by.
But you need to keep studying for this to work.
