[Betty’s living room. Dennis stops by to visit]

Betty: Hey Dennis! Are you excited for Christmas?

Dennis: Definitely! What about you?

Betty: Yeah, but I’m running out of time. I still need to get a tree.

Dennis: Want some help picking one out? I’m free this afternoon.

Betty: Really? That would be awesome! I’m thinking of putting it right in that corner by the window.

Dennis: Perfect spot. Are you planning to decorate the rest of the house too?

Betty: Just the basics—some tinsel, Christmas lights, maybe a wreath on the door. Nothing too crazy.

Dennis: Let me help! I actually love decorating for the holidays.

Betty: You sure? I don’t want to take up your whole day.

Dennis: Are you kidding? This is way better than sitting at home. Plus, I’m great at untangling lights.

Betty: Ha! Okay, you’re hired. Thanks, Dennis.

Dennis: No problem! So, should we go get that tree now?Betty: Let’s do it!
